This place is great. I was there the other day and got nothing but excelent service. I was behind some gal named nichole at the buy counter and she left such a crazy review. She said they didnt take her stuff and that they were racist, but the staff is of multiple ethnicities and so warm and welcoming. You should get to know the place better before posting such a falsified review.

The employees here 100 percent stereotype. I brought in a bag of clothes and most of it was brand new. Some even still had the price tag on it. They only accepted one item and declined the rest for “wear and tear” which is a lie because it still has a price tag on it! Then you shop around and see dirty clothes with stains on it and kids names written on the tag with a sharpie…RACIST

Hi Diego, Our process is usually same day. It is first come first served with a possible wait time. Saturdays are usually our busiest day. We close and stop buying at 7pm, but the earlier you get here the better. If you peek at our About Us section of our website, there are some tips about our process!
