Very inconsistent in trash pick up. They always skip a day every week at StoneCastle Winter Park. I’ve called multiple times and I do not get a call back. They don’t care.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I PAY FOR TAKING MY OWN TRASH OUT MOST PICK UP DAYS. CONTRACT NEEDS TO BE CANCELED. I received a note that your service took time to write and leave on my door (surprisingly shocked since your service has been horrible and inconsistent since I moved here). The note said that if my trash would not be in the bin and left on the ground you would never pick it up again. Moving forward I will make it a point to look at all trash bags left on the ground and confirm if this same note is left on ALL doors here. Now I bet you will be consistent moving forward. This is laughable due to the fact that I take out most of my trash to the drop off point outside, because your service has been beyond inconsistent here. Trust and believe me I would not have left my trash on the ground outside of my bin, if I knew it was mandatory to so. So please be consistent moving forward. I will be watching for consistency. Do not respond to this complaint here asking for me to email corporate. I already did and plan to do more. Renters, before signing a lease, make sure tha Valet Living is not used as a service. Due to poor service, tenants end leases and they make apartment communities look disgusting. I never vented prior, but since I made a point to bring up my other experience, why not. I can say this I don't recommend working for this company. Because here in smiths station alabama my girlfriend works for them and they have messed up every single check for 2 months now. She gets paid literally 40 dollars to pick up 580 doors worth of trash. SHE has repeatedly told the district manager and he says that he will fix it but he never does. Once I can understand but 2 months. Like she works overtime and extra complexes for them and NEVER GETS PAID FOR IT! she is a good honest hard working employee and she is not appreciated. Every single week on every single check is alittle ridiculous. I mean it makes no sense to get paid the same amount wether you work 580 door steps or if you work 193??? 40 dollars don't cover gas to get to and from work and drive all over the appartment complexes. What is a company without workers?

Update response to owner on sept 9; You tell me to contact your support team. What do you think i have been doing for the last 2 years? Thanks for the brushoff. Next is my complaint to the city. Thanks for nothing! Terrible service. Have complained for 2 years with no satisfaction.

As a doorstep collector for this company, 3 years. 3 communities a night, in my personal truck, collecting every unit, every bin, & bag of trash. This is what I conclude. 1, pictures and observations we take using our company app that tracks employees mobily, usually get passed on to property managers via the files uploaded by our/my district managers. We are, as employees, subject to various excluding clauses that would warrant not collecting. Trash that is not in bags is THE biggest one. 2nd is boxes NOT broken down and 3rd is large, uncollectable items. IF and when we collect these items AND take the photos, PROPERTY MANAGERS OR CORPORATE takes the liberty to ask for a service fee. IF you do not pay in your rent for trash collection, service fees are always assumed. If you do not pay 3 times, the bin is taken. Employees will not collect personal bins (if we know service was revoked). CALL YOUR BANK AND PETITION FOR REMOVAL OF CHARGES. I collect everything, rarely take pictures.
I agree with you. I worked there for approximately four months. I quit because number one, they pay very little and give us only two hours a day max to do the work yet they make us drive 20 to 30 miles to get to these apartment complexes. I also quit because, ethically, they are not giving apartment complexes what they paid for.
More than I wanna know. I'm getting charged 25 bucks a month to get my trash picked up twice a week? How can I get them off my lease? If I violate by not paying I get evicted. They violate nearly every day and they get rewarded.
