Club is so welcoming and the staff were super friendly and accommodating! Views were incredible and the course was in great shape. Course was a bit challenging, but not enough to not want to run it again!

Yes. It is. It's semi-private but open to public. It's in a gated community so you have to have a tee time registered so the security can let you through the gate. Really nice course.
High $300's and up. There are a mix of old and new homes.

No - the Country Club is stand alone and is not part of the Community Associations within RW. They are different entities altogether. (I'm actually the old clubhouse manager but I can't seem to get anyone there to take over this google account - maybe they will actually reply to my numerous emails asking them to - someday.)
