Just closed on our home in bay Indies. Very disappointed in our sales agent…We were reassured several times by our sales agent that the money will be available same day it’s wired into our account, that’s a LIE!! Caused us 3 nights in a hotel, costing $500! Unexpected added Expense… our advise to the seller, do not move out of your house until the $$$ are deposited into your account. Over all our experience was NOT a good one for us.

Our experience has been nothing but top notch from the get go! It all started on August 16th when I received a text message from Sandy Schatzberg after I had filled out a form for Integrity for more info. This lady knows her stuff!! We flew down from Indiana on August 19th and met with Sandy at 9:00 am on the 20th. She showed us probably 30 homes in Colony Cove between Saturday and Sunday! She spent her entire weekend showing my husband and I every one we wanted to see. Although we didn’t buy from Sandy, we bought right next to her! She’s amazing at her job!! So caring and wants to make sure we were happy with our purchase! We bought the last one we looked at and cannot wait to get there into our forever home next to our friends!
