Not only did i email about 3 4 times i called and left voicemails and when i arrived, not only did i just find out it was appointment only but when i told them i tried to contact them they said they didnt have my name on any call list and didnt get any voice mails. They also sais they wont accept my bank statements as income proof because theres no proof of consistent payment when I literally went through, circled and added up everything for them to proove how luch i made. I also felt like i was being talked to like a dumbfounded person that didnt know anything. Also there were broken windows held together with duct tape or packaging tape, covered in discust and a fee windows and sliding doors just covered by wooden panels.

I love living at Belcher Park apartments. It is safe and quiet. Office staff is amazing as well as the maintenance staff!

Honestly, I actually loved living at Belcher Park Apts. Ben is very quick at responding to all my needs. Alice was very sweet and caring to my family and I. I did move away but I would still recommend these apts to anyone. I had a three bedroom and it was very spacious! We had a couple disagreements but hey, we are all human and I don’t dislike them at all. They are great people and if they don’t answer the phone, leave a voicemail and they always get back to you ! Good job guys 😃
