I was Super excited to get a new Honda CRV 2022. My sales person Was joey sutnick , he is not at all professional sales person. I Called front desk Crown Honda to buy Honda CRV 2022 they connected me to joey sutnick,I just Checked price over the phone paid advance in a an hour after the call and reserved a Vehicle and waited for a week for Delivery Vehicle is not available to delivery when I called 1st time . I had a bad experience buying a car at Crown Honda (Honda CRV 2022) last Friday I have Received my Car , at the time of receiving my Car I have noticed brand new Honda CRV 2022 the right Protector R.FR Wheel ARCH ( FRONT WHEEL ARCH PROTECTOR Damaged from inside I have seen the gap based on that I noticed. When I compare with left side of car and right side of vehicle I can see the difference clearly I have Pictures in my phone with Time and Date before I purchase and Paid full amount ). when I ask the sales person he told he will fix that is Small thing may be While washing Car some clips or screw may loose that is not an issue in service center they fix make it ready in an hour. I have waited until that fix done ( mean time paper work done paid all amount and I am ready with my TAG to drive ) after that also I have noticed before start my Drive still that is not properly fixed. I asked again the sales person joey sutnick this still not prefect fix if you Compared to left and right side you will see the Difference , again he called a service engineer second time he told they do not have that new part need to replaced, he ordered part is going to delivered Tuesday after 4 days part will expected to arrive , joey sutnick told they will replace the part on Wednesday, joey sutnick told please come back for the replacement of the part can be done on Wednesday, but I am one hour Away from Crown Honda so he told he will give full tank gas and couple of Free service like oil changes as a complimentary and they will fix the part on Wednesday it will be perfect look. I went on Thursday to replace the part with a Scheduled appointment at Service center part is replaced but that is Still not Perfect I can see Still the Difference gap between right and left side ,joey sutnick is not answered my Call on Thursday when I went to Service center. I have asked him about the complimentary over the Text Messages, its been 2days still there is no response From joey sutnick. I would say joey sutnick is not a professional sales person I can give 0 stars to him. He Really hurted me after the purchase at the Time of Delivery he told like, that is the best fix we can give to the Car if you like it take it or else leave it. ( after the paper work is done and he received Check from the bank he treated like this any way I can not go back at the that time ). I would say before Sign paper Work I recommend please Check your Vehicle. If any thing Wrong Take a statement on paper from them Do not Trust with There Words after sale done They don't stick to their words especially joey sutnick. Finally I am not happy with purchase at Crown Honda. I do not Recommend joey sutnick if you really want HONDA is really good I suggest any other dealer.
