The remodel looks very nice much better than before but I didn't give it 5 stars is because a lot of the times some of the washers and dryers are out of order and for 30 min to dry my clothes sometimes they don't even get fully dry but other than that much more cleaner and new machines very nice.

3/4 of dryers don’t work n take your money. The one that did work I had to keep my thumb on the start button. Several never heated up! Don’t waste your time here.

Just to wash and dry a blanket costed me almost 20$!! Half of their washing machines is out of order and takes money. I got two down to around .75 owed and it stopped taking qaurters. 4$-$4.50 for a load is ridiculous anyways.
