Worse experience ever. filed in February still waiting for 2021 to be submitted after 3 months and paying 800 dollars. still waiting on an amendment 15 months later. no communication. Awful staff every one you talk to gives you a different story. In the process of taking with a lawyer over these mess and the money we have lost due to the sorry employees. Will never use Jackson Hewitt again and will make sure I pass the word for others also!!!!
