Sorry, but the closest commercial airport would be Charlotte-Douglas Airport from the area of Twin County Airport... And the drive to CLT is straight and sometimes you can, 'step it out,' and make the short trip in to Charlotte in quick time..,

Currently there are no connector flights out of Twin County Airport. Roanoke or Greensboro would have them. You might also check with New River or Blacksburg/VaTech airport.
