I’ve been coming to the Thornton clinic for about a year now, and every single time, they always make us wait longer and 10-30 minutes PASSED our appointment times. The front desk staff are always rude and act like they hate their jobs. If it’s not the job you want, and you aren’t going to provide at least decent customer service, get a different job. Currently finding another pediatric’s for my kids because this is just not it.

I love my sons doctor here but unfornetly we have to force ourselves to leave this location Due to never being able to find an appointment my sons check up is due for october and nothing is avalible in that month so we ask november and theres nothing really. By the time I want to call in december theres never nothing avalible. This happens all the time! Great doctors but HORRIBLE appointments.

The doctors and nurses are wonderful, full 5 stars to them. But whoever they contract their scheduling/phones out to is awful! They cancelled the appointment I had for months the day before and when I called to reschedule (took 2 days and several calls just to reach someone) they didn’t know what I was talking about. It’s just not worth all the hassle.

This place is horrible the office staff is very rude and does not care about your concerns or your child’s needs. Just to make a appointment or talk to someone about your sick child you have to wait in line over the phone. And waiting in line over phone is worse than the IRS, it takes almost a hour or more to just get someone on the line. And don’t expect a call back from a doctor that same day. U are better off just going to er or urgent care. The doctors are great. But the way this place is ran is so horrible. I don’t think the doctors know how bad it is for us just to get in to see them. I shouldn’t have to wait a hour or more to just make a appointment. I just switched my kids over to Denver pediatrics that is in North suburban hospital it was great no hold time on phone and you get a response from doctors within a half hour. So if you don’t have time to wait all day to just get your kids seen, I highly recommend not choosing this pediatrician office. And they never have appointments till the following month and if you have more than one child it’s hard to get them all in on same day. I know I’m not the only parent who feels this way.
