They’re better than most but at times they seem under staffed, and it can be hard to ask doctors questions via phone. That said they do a good job of getting quick appointments and the facility is nice and new. So if they just beefed up the staff a tiny bit I might give 5 stars.

We struggled to find a pediatric office anywhere near us that had good reviews. But now that we have found Peak we never want to leave. They are AWESOME. I wish my own doctors were as patient and willing to answer questions as the staff at Peak are. They never make us feel rushed or like they don't have time for us. They happily take the time to answer my many questions as a first-time mom without making me feel silly for asking them. The doctors seem knowledgeable and are always friendly. They are gentle and kind to my baby. Their office is great about after-hours calls as well when we are concerned about something. And they app they use is very easy to navigate and understand. You do see a different doctor every time which can be frustrating but since all the doctors are great this hasn't been an issue. The only thing that I wish they would change would be the doctors wearing masks while in the exam room. As my child doesn't understand and gets frightened not being able to see their faces leading to her crying and making the visit more stressful. I wish they would ask if we would be okay with them removing the mask so my child could feel safer. Other than that though Peak is fantastic, your child is in good hands here!

Kali was absolutely amazing!! She is so thorough and gives the best advice. You can tell how much she cares about your little one and how she takes pride in her job! Couldn’t say enough good things about her.

Super long wait times on the phone bc they send you to a call center. You see a diff dr every time, probably bc this place has such high turnover. It’s just a big patient mill. I’ve never even seen them disinfect the waiting room, even at the height of Covid. It just feels dirty. Dr Whelan provides SO much unwanted advice, too. Told us that even adults don’t need screen time…ok we weren’t asking for us? We were asking for our toddler. But thanks for the lecture on why adults don’t need to watch TV either. She also told me I need to wean my son at 18 months, even though new guidelines show moms should be supported through age 2. I wasn’t asking her for advice on weaning, she just heard me say I was still nursing and told me I need to wean with no reason why. No thanks. She’s super judgmental. I always tried to avoid her for appointments but got stuck with her twice. Very unhappy with this place.
