I want to make it clear I am not giving this store a 1 star review, I’m giving Grace specifically the 1 star; 0 if I could. She treats customers so poor, rude, and she tries to make them feel stupid; I get retail sucks but you have to have common courtesy. I’m surprised she’s allowed to be manager. To be safe just go to another location because the chance you catch her on a bad day(which is more than not) she will be very snarky.

Nice employees but their hours are constantly changing and they are frequently closed just posting a note on the door listing the reason. Call beforehand to verify if they are open.

Taylor Ward

Their scanners don't work to scan the QR code when returning an item to amazon. I was really surprised when customer service told me this and acted as if it was my fault. Went to another UPS and they were able to scan my QR code no problem.

Musical Peace

Wow! EXCELLENT customer service. Manager Grace went above & beyond in helping me figure out the best way to pack & ship a vacuum sweeper for the best price. She was patient with my many questions, emails, communicating fast & clearly. She made it easy for someone like me who is easily overwhelmed by the complexities of all the shipping rules. What a great team at The UPS Store #7007. Thank you to all of you working hard to make our lives easier. I'm so grateful. ~ Sue S.
