The have a very bad service, it is very hard to find any employee to talk to or to ask for something. When came to check in around 3:30 pm, no one was in the office and when I called the number on the door for the employee, he told me to come back at 4:00 pm, so I had to wait 30 minutes for checking in. Also, they charged my credit card $50 security deposit plus tax but when I checked out, they returned it to my credit card without the tax. What a bad service!!!!!!

First night I stayed here at the Dublin location my Catalytic converter was stolen off my car. Second the roach problem was out of control on the first floor. I booked a month stay here for work and received two scheduled notices to spray, little did I know that you have to be in the room when they arrive all day other wise they will just pass up your room, along with house keeping if you are not there? They will not vacuum they just throw sheets and pillow cases in the room if you request. (if you book a month) so beware. Third, make sure you add the maintenance phone number in your phone because you will need to call them to reactivate your room key when it deactivates because in other reviews that I have read, front desk is never there at regular hours when you need them. So true. Forget about complaining to corporate for anything..... There is no corporate. Forth they had a water pipe leak in the main hallway ceiling first floor that was neglected to get fixed for about 9 days before someone decided to fix the pipe! Pay the extra money somewhere else would be the better choice!

TRAVELER BEWARE! Dirty hallways, roaches, almost no staff. What possible incentive would tat give anyone to pay $352 with taxes to stay? They do offer "premium" rooms but this is just a slight upgrade at a massive increase in price. You still have to travel down dirty pot smelling hallways to get to it. When they say free Wi-Fi don't be deceived they add a $12 technology fee that you pay regardless. So even after the taxes drop off you still don't pay the sign rate, you pay the sign rate plus $12 for slow Wi-Fi. My husbands room was never cleaned, and even after Orkin treated the room with required service I still had roaches coming out of our sink. My gut told me not to stay here but we were stuck and had to. I was so happy to leave.

Stayed here for about 3 months. Yes, its expensive but by far the best extended stay setting we've experienced yet. Chad, the manager is great and very friendly. The property is kept clean and well maintained. There is a smoking area with benches and an awning as well as vending machines that take credit/debit cards.
