I called the leasing office in search of a new place to live and the leasing staff was so nice and professional. I received all the information I asked for and so far, the leasing process has been very smooth and easy. In the past I’ve had many communication issues throughout leasing, and this is the first place I haven’t had had trouble even getting in contact with the front office. This is definitely a top option out of all the places I’ve looked at thus far!

This is literally the worst place I’ve lived in. The trash chute has been broken for almost 8 months. The elevators are out of order more than half the time. The common areas are not cleaned at all and you can always see multiple beer cans lying on the floor. The maintenance is horrible. None of the people I know are reviewing their leases. That should tell you about the pathetic state of the apartment. The carpet in my room needs replacement and I made multiple maintenance requests in the last 6 months and they haven’t done anything about it. Every time I go down to the office, the guy there makes me wait for 10-15 minutes while he’s busy making jokes with the others in the office only to tell me that they’ll fix it soon. I know that you guys are pathetic at your jobs but at least treat people with dignity. If I had the time and energy, I’d definitely do something about it but I’ve realized that the smart thing to do is to just move out. If you are reading this, don’t stay here and save your mental health and money.

Before moving in here, we had seen the reviews of the ineptitude of management beforehand, and decided to live here anyways. However, it has been far worse than we ever imagined. The trash chute was broken for about 4 months, leaving women to bring their trash bags into a dark alleyway in the middle of Atlanta. It being broken also invited a 3 month long fruit fly infestation, the likes of which you couldn’t imagine. The elevators are always hit or miss, sometimes leaving tenants to walk up or down up to 18 flights of stairs. Overall if this is your only choice to live off campus, just live on campus, I guarantee you’ll enjoy it more

I've been living here for 2 months now and I've had a really wonderful time thus far! The location is top notch - the close proximity to the Tech campus makes it really convenient for daily commute. The apartments are airy and very …Hey Abhinav, Thank you for the kind review. We love having you as a resident at The Standard Atlanta and are glad to hear that you are enjoying your stay!
