1st I want to say. The agents and workers where AWESOME! very nice and pleasant. But, As I'm typing this. I have only been "living" here for LESS then a week. I HAVE NOT actually stayed or officially moved my things in. Because, of my scheduled move in day. My room was not ready. Even though I paid a month in advance. When I did actually receive my keys to the apartment. The common area (the living room, kitchen and dining area that 4 people share) along with the bathroom that I should only be sharing with ONE other person. Was completely FILTHY! Not to mention. I was greated by a person whom WASN'T one of my actual roommates, sitting on our couch smoking a bong. That tolde me he was there just "crashing". I really hope I can give a more positive UPDATED review later. Because I simply LOVE the atmosphere here. The place ITSELF is lovely. So much so that I didn't actually mind paying an extra $90 just to PARK at my HOME.

Do not move here. I’ve been out this place for 1 year and I have yet to receive my deposit back. Keep in mind my deposit was twice the rent. I moved out July 31,2020. They claim I damaged things but I took pictures of EVERYTHING before I left. I provided them with evidence ! They “apologized” then told me to email Brianna Hall. I’ve been emailing her since August 26, 2020. I still haven’t got a response back from her. I’ve been calling them but they send you to automated voicemail that tells you that your on the call back list BUT then it says that the call back list is not set up. Every time I ask about my deposit or to speak to someone in charge, they say she’s too busy. I’ve no choice but to get a lawyer involved. Update: As of September 1,2022, I still haven’t received my refund. I’m now being told since they have new management it’s nothing they can do about the refund. Even if I have emails and everything.

Yes
I agree this place definitely needs to have the health authorities called on them
Well depends on your idea of affordable- they just built a Brand New dope new spot literally a couple of blocks away- student housing- but starts at $1300. 112 is definitely affordable ESPECIALLY with the location. You're close to everything and the train station is right around the corner. Certain things like Maintenance you just have to be an adult and follow up with them about. It's not a dorm- so if you need something you have to be vocal about it, just like a normal apartment building. Amenities are nice, but a lot of these kids don't know how to take care of anything and destroy the building. So some gym equipment might be broken, or the printer is out of paper, someone gets drunk and breaks a light or TV. Honestly what makes 112 "bad" is the college kids away from home for the 1st time, getting drunk and trashing the building. I made music so I was constantly in my room/unit and I was fine. The summer times are the best because everyone is away.
Ok, is it not suitable (parents decision) or is it not allowed or against policy?
Nope
Yes, they do
Yes.
