Because people out improper items in the compactor causing it to brake. Bikes, steel frames, animal carriers etc. Many of the students are lazy.

Anyone can access the parking deck by tailing someone in (which people do all the time and you have no choice as to whether they follow you or not because they'll get inches off your bumper) and sometimes they just leave the parking garage gate open for weeks at a time. DO NOT PAY TO PARK.

We allow packages to remain up to 5 days.
You must have a policy of $100,000 for personal liability coverage.
We have security on-site between the hours of 6 PM - 9 AM. If you need any assistance from security, they are in the lobby. We have a virtual key system for friends and guest to enter the building without the resident coming down to the lobby.
