I have been to this IRS location numerous times over the last 20 years and have never been treated with disrespect,unprofessionally or discourtesously. The bad reviews are probaby from people who got bad news or couldn't con the agents. Never hesitate to go here.

Honestly seems to depend on what mood the receptionist is in. Sometimes you walk in and they will say make an appointment, other times they say take a number. It didn't seem to have a rhyme or reason but I wasn't trying to ease drop on too many other peoples situations lol.
I had to call their toll free number first and the operator helped me book an appt
I'm trying to set up a payment plan online but it keeps throwing me out. I've already received my 2nd notice. I need help setting up a payment plan but no one answers the phone...Can I just go in person and get help??

I believe you can if they are open. Went by there yesterday and officer outside said there closed to public and they do not know when they are opening back up.
