A wonderful park for daily walks! It’s nice to see the ducks and turtles minding their own business. Got a picture to!

this was the cutest thing here we took one book that i think my brother would like and hope to come back soon to leave one in its place i wish my city had something like this

Beautiful place. My fiancé and I spent our date sitting alongside the lake with our picnic. Couldn’t ask for a more relaxing atmosphere.

Cool
No, not exactly. You see the developer designed & created the entire development with the intent of leasing the lake and park area to the city in the very beginning stages....it was part of their "green" initiative. That being that they would create a lake [man made] using gray water....or recycled from water that's been collected from the whole of the area....though its supposed to have been treated it's still classified as gray water and therefore is not only NOT SAFE for human consumption it isnt smart or even safe to be "in" collected gray water....so the fact that we then, have catch and release fishing where you're putting *your* hands in the water and all over fish from that water....seems counterintuitive.....AND you have your young superimmunesuppressed children in the water.... Plus, we let them on boats now....where they obviously will stick their hands in the water....try and stop them. Seems like the city is playing with fire.....and time. But what do I know..🤔
Sorry I'm no help you have to call harveston Community for info
Yes. Children 15 and under (that are Temecula residents) do not need a fishing license. Anyone 16+ (and children that are not residents) must get a license through the City of Temecula. Cost is $15pp for residents age 16+, $15 for non-resident kids and $45 for non-resident adults. I believe they have senior rates.
Yes
How much does it cost to rent the boats?
You used to be able to fish but not now.
Thank you melanie, jessica yeah there is fishing there i have been once butt not for long i had to go
No the lake is free, the best time to go is just before sunset, it is so peaceful
Yes you can also rental the event hall. I had my wedding there 5 years ago
No, not to my knowledge. There are public bathrooms with tables that are opened to the public.
The only lake I think you can swim in would be lake hemet. I don't think there's swimming allowed at lake Skinner and definitely not at Harveston lake.
