No, not exactly. You see the developer designed & created the entire development with the intent of leasing the lake and park area to the city in the very beginning stages....it was part of their "green" initiative. That being that they would create a lake [man made] using gray water....or recycled from water that's been collected from the whole of the area....though its supposed to have been treated it's still classified as gray water and therefore is not only NOT SAFE for human consumption it isnt smart or even safe to be "in" collected gray water....so the fact that we then, have catch and release fishing where you're putting *your* hands in the water and all over fish from that water....seems counterintuitive.....AND you have your young superimmunesuppressed children in the water.... Plus, we let them on boats now....where they obviously will stick their hands in the water....try and stop them. Seems like the city is playing with fire.....and time. But what do I know..🤔
