Yes. Children 15 and under (that are Temecula residents) do not need a fishing license. Anyone 16+ (and children that are not residents) must get a license through the City of Temecula. Cost is $15pp for residents age 16+, $15 for non-resident kids and $45 for non-resident adults. I believe they have senior rates.
