How consistent are the jobs?

This was a third party install Company. Purchased my product through Costco. They changed the install date on me 4 times. It was not until I reached out to their corporate office and a costco supervisor that they kept the 4th delivery date. When speaking/emailing their office manager I was given the run around. Their warehouse manager did not call back until I spoke to corporate. The worst company to do business with. Avoid them at all cost.

We purchased shed from Costco. Backyard Buildings and More was the contracted installer. Installation was canceled 3 times. Less than a week to the 4th scheduled date they canceled again and rescheduled for two days later. When we advise that due to family circumstances (family member in the hospital on life support) we could not accommodate the change on short notice. We were advised the order would have to be canceled as it would be 6 months past the purchase date. When I pushed back and basically said that this was not our problem as they had already canceled 3 times and this would be the 4th, the representative became very rude and unprofessional. Costco is an awesome company that aligned with a sub-par vendor. After being forced into the installation date, was advised job would take 1 day, ended up taking 4 days. Although the installer himself was pleasant and professional, there are issues and damage to the shed that I will now have to spend time getting resolved. Customer beware! If Costco advises that Backyard Buildings and More will be the installer, do not make the purchase.

I purchased a 10x12 shed from heartland sheds and Backyard products LLC was supposed to deliver and build my shed on Feb 28, 2022. First, they postponed it to March 4th due to not having enough contractors, and then they notified me again, saying my order was delayed to April 1st due to the weathercast. I canceled my entire order. When I called to cancel the order, it sounded like they were happy I canceled the order. It's a big purchase, and I feel scammed. They held on to my money for almost three months, and I got no service in the end.
