No drop off box and late hours of service you have to accomodate the people need not your own Google indicates opening at 6 am. Their website indicates 9 am Call system indicates 8 am!!!!!. Working with legs not with head follow up your shift

Absolutely a terrible experience. I am visiting out of state and I pre-booked online and arrived early. I was never acknowledged by the associate. And though I was waiting next, as soon as more associates came they picked and chose who they were helping instead of the order waiting. Literally ignored until I said ok I’m canceling my reservation and renting somewhere else. Fortunately I booked through Expedia so I was able to cancel without a fee. Waiting outside for my ride to come back then someone finally offered to help. I said no obviously and let him know this was a highly unprofessional environment. We will choose another rental business to meet our needs.
