The store is well stocked for phones, accessories and many other electronics. Service was polite, fast and enough employees were there to help if needed.

I was far from home and needed a new cell phone asap. Just about everywhere was sold out of the phone I wanted. Went on Best Buy website. Had the phone in stocks. Ordered and paid with np. It was easy maneuvering around their website to get and complete everything needed. Said it be ready in 1 hr and was notified 15 mins later my order was ready for pick-up. I was helped right away when arriving at the store and they offered to help set up my phone for me. The customer service was AMAZING. They surely went above and beyond.

My dad talked to two people about the "total tech" membership he purchased from Best Buy regarding his faulty printer. They assured him after hearing the extent of the issue he was having (internal pieces that were worn and breaking) the Geek Squad could fix it easily and fast, so we made an appointment. When I got to the desk I was first surprised that the technician asked me why I was there. We had an appointment and my dad had thoroughly explained our situation when setting up the appointment. So he logged into the computer and only found the note: "printer needs to be looked at" He flatly told me they couldn't fix the problem. That's not what they do. He said the people we talked to are just front facing people and have no idea what the Geek Squad does. I was flabbergasted. This was a $500 machine I had carted 30 miles to be told all they can do is run the self cleaning function which we had already done at home. It's incredible to me that we made an appointment that was 100% unnecessary. Driving 60 miles round trip. To just get blank looks.
