I only come after black friday to spend my Kohls cash so I dont need to pay for shipping. There is however a lot less selection compared to online.

I recently purchased a 7 piece comforter set from Kohl's online and I really liked the look of it. However, when taking it out of the package the seam was already coming apart. (photo 1) But since I can sew and I liked the look of the set decided I could deal with that. BUT when I washed it according to instructions, it came out with little holes (2nd photo). I contacted customer service via email and have not heard anything from them. I am hoping with this review customer service will actually reach out to me and try to resolve (and not some canned comment like "we are sorry you don't like the product") but that they actually do something. I don't typically give negative reviews, but with this - I felt it was necessary.
