Quick and easy check in with a competent, friendly and helpful front desk staff! Greeted with a smile and hello, after a hard days work it’s good to hear that! The express check out is helpful also. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Plenty of parking. Area inside and out are well kept!

The room I stayed in for FIVE nights had a film of dust on every surface. This dust was the result , according to the staff, of an airconditioning and heating system that had not been used in a long time. My stay was over a five night period when both the airconditioning and then the heat was needed. When the system was used - a film became apparent on all surfaces in the room Cleaning of the room was not done - ever - during the five day period b/c apparently you had to ask for it by nine am each day or the room was not serviced. I have never ever stayed in a hotel where no service was provided. the exchage of sheets - certainly - that has been an option. but not making the bed or wiping the surfaces or changing or removing towels? What service is being paid for in this hotel? and why was the HVAC system not inspected before the room was rented? Use caution with this facility. On a positive note the staff at this hotel are wonderful. Kind and friendly. they are working at their capacity. The management must step up their game or don't rent rooms if you can't staff or operate correctly.

CLEAN: Hotel cleanliness is important to me and this hotel and our room appeared to be clean. SOUND: Even though we were near the elevator, I heard nothing outside of our room. I didn't hear water running in other rooms or kids shouting outside. I liked the quietness. In addition, the staff was patient, kind, and helpful. FOOD: The breakfast was good. The eating area was clean with hand gel and gloves available.
