During a recent power outage our generator shut off late evening... I called their 800 number and was soon speaking with a technician on the phone. He was cool calm and collected, even commented on how nice a machine we had. After a short lesson I was able to isolate the problem and get it running. Thanks Leete for having good ppl who are good in a crisis! 👍👍

I called during the currrent power outage we are experiencing in Sonoma County for help with a generator that suddenly stopped working. The person on the phone explained they are not taking on new clients who they’ve not service before, but was so helpful in directing to other outfits who might be able to help. I appreciated her helpfulness during a time when I know she’s probably getting a ton of calls, and probably from stressed out people who have a tendency to not be very nice.
