We were traveling cross country with other motorhome when we encountered a major roof issue. Every RV shop we called, including several camping worlds, basically told us they could not fit us in and good luck getting home. Marlow went way above and beyond to fit us in in time to get on the road and also did impeccable work on our motorhome- way better than any other repair shop we have worked with. RVs are built terribly, so having a good repair person is important and Marlow was way better than anyone we have encountered.

horrible service, I arrived at the store I asked a question and the attendants didn't even turn around to answer me. they were rude when they said NO, the service has to be improved a lot. they only do some service because they are the only ones in the region

Marlow and his wife cherry pick work. They were helpful when I needed a new roof being paid by insurance, $10,000. Then I come back to ask for help with leaky faucet inside, “no way we don’t do that”. Then I came back to ask for help with broken door hardware, “no we don’t work in that”. Those are two examples of the five times I’ve been turned away since getting the roof. I thought they were great after the roof job, but now I see how they only take work that’s easy, and profitable. I found a very helpful guy in Petaluma, FIN RV repair.
