This place is a joke. Good luck getting your personal belongings out of your vehicle. This place overcharges at $100 a day. My service vehicle that was parked on private property was illegally towed and held at this place for ransom basically, how do these greedy careless individuals expect to be paid an unreasonably expected price of over $3500, IF THE VEHICLE THAT YOU USE FOR WORK TO PAY YOUR BILLS IS BEING HELD HOSTAGE? THIS PLACE IS AGAINST THE VERY COMMUNITY AND COUNTY THAT THEY REPRESENT. THESE ARE SOME OF THE MOST VILE EMPLOYEES OF ANY BUSINESS IN SONOMA COUNTY. RUDE, ENTITLED, EGOTISTICAL, GREEDY, ASSNINE, INFANTILE, LEECHES OF LIFE LIBERTY AND THE PEACEFUL PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNWANTED, PARACITES OF SONOMA COUNTY. WORSE THAN COVID.

Our family’s truck broke down, and getting that towed seemed east compared to our travel trailer / RV 34 ft 5th wheel needed to be ftowed 45 minutes to our camping spot, and CREAM answered the call just after 4 on a Wednesday. They were busy with other calls but kept great communication and managed to have the trailer perfectly parked by 10pm. Thank you so much for saving our vacation.

They have the equipment to do the job and the operator was very capable. The only issue I had, the tow truck operator did not contact the repair shop owner for permission and my RV was left across the street from the shop.
