Excellent hole in wall spot that doesn’t resemble a Peruvian restaurant but serves some of the best Peruvian food ever. The decor threw me off guard and I wasn’t sure if I was in the right place. The menu is extensive but the food is straight up delicious. The flavors are well developed with a nice balance of acidity.

The food is phenomenal, as always. But every time we visit the service gets lower and lower. Between not being acknowledged by a host for about 10 minutes when we entered, 30 minutes till they took the drink order, and then the appetizers and main course being served at the same time, cold and over cooked. All the while the waitress NEVER checking on us, it left a lot to be desired. We have been visiting this restaurant since it opened and used to love the ambiance and feel of the place, this was a place that the owner used to come out from the kitchen and check on you. But tonight we both agreed it is no longer a place we want to visit again. So sorry to see a lack of service get in the way of what used to be a good establishment.
