As if Verizon wasn't bad enough to begin with, the store is always too busy with people trying to get their phones to work so the wait is long, always. Add to that that they have no bathrooms, well no bathrooms for customers. They tell you to walk 2 blocks to the restaurant, that was closed. Despite this they still refused to let me use the bathroom when I got back from my forced walk and just shrugged when I asked what I was supposed to do then. Ricky was especially not helpful, saying he couldn't let me use the bathroom because "his stock" was back there. If you're going to make people wait 30+ min you have to provide a bathroom!

Can you start at the store it came from, if not call Verizon and ask, they do make it more difficult to cancel then to sign up

Verizon will replace your phone if it's within the year, or you can also take it to mobile kangaroo about two blocks away (also on 4th street) - they replace screens.
