Jasmine was incredibly helpful. The only reason I decided to stay with att. She deserves some recognition! Excellent customer service and amazing knowledge of all the products. We had many questions and she either knew the answers or found out the answers for us. Thank you, you guys are lucky to have her in your company.

Worst customer experience I've ever had. I was told I had 30 days to turn in my watch for the trade-in program. I was very clear that I would be out of town and my wife would be turning in the watch and I was insured several times that this would be OK with the store representative looking at my account while telling me this. My wife goes to turn in the watch and they tell her she cannot do it because she is not an authorized user of the account. So I get on the phone with them while I'm out of town and even though I can authorize the account he still will not let her turn in the watch. I get home I'm trying to turn my watch in only to be told that I am ONE day past the 30-day mark. The same-store representative that helped me in the first place is telling me there's nothing he can do. Even though he was the exact person that told me my wife could turn in the watch. Offers no help to try and fix the problem that he created. He gives me a phone number to call and tells me to lie to them about why I missed the 30 days window. He says to blame COVID and they will extend the time. I called the number only to be told the AT&T representative gave me the wrong phone number. I've been on a wild goose chase for the last three weeks and still have not gotten it sorted out. I should add that while I'm still trying to get this sorted out I am not getting the trade-in price I was told I would get on my monthly bill. What do you think the chances are of me being reimbursed that?!?
