We had the best possible experience at the Santa Rosa CA mall store. The rep Fernando and Asst Mgr Jaya both helped us tremendously. Fernando was very knowledgeable and patient. He worked with us for hours to compare plans, choose plan, purchase phone, add accessories, transfer data. During his breaktime, the Asst Mgr, stepped in and continued with us. A+++ service. Very friendly and smart.

My AT&T phone does what it wants to do it gives me messages late about 2 weeks late it tells me that I'm in a area that I can't make phone calls mainly my apartment any room kitchen bathroom living room doesn't matter AT&T seems to take your money but they don't give you any type of good service I've been going down there for the last two to three years and all they tell me is we're so sorry we're so sorry that's all I keep hearing I leave AT&T store with no accomplishment phone still acting like it's not my phone it tells me I'm out of service area and I'm in my apartment I'm out of service area I'm in my car so I can find a signal whatsoever I paid $121 for this phone and my service is lousy can anyone help me please
