We really enjoyed our stay with Park Ridge Apts. The apartment was clean, updated, and was genuinely a nice place to live. The lease terms and rates were extremly competitive and we really feel like we got extremly lucky finding Park Ridge. The community was quiet and the location was super ideal located close to the 101, and easy to get to Petaluma or Santa Rosa on back roads too. 5-10 minutes to get to Grocery stotes, Target, etc As with most apartment communities the parking situation can get a little frustrating for any households with more than one car (our 2bd unit had one covered assigned parking spot) and our second car had a permit and had to contend with "free for all parking". To Their credit the community was activly working to address these concerns and was implementing new parkimg policies at the time of our departure. Would 100% lease with Park Ridge again if I move back to the area.

Paul was great! I wasn’t expecting to have someone come out today since I called late in the day. He was able to get my hot water running again and even scheduled another needed repair on the spot. Paul was professional, kind, and efficient! Thanks so much Paul!!

We’ve lived here 3 years and can’t say enough nice things about everyone who works here. Maintenance always responds so quickly and put in a lot of effort to make sure things are fixed right the first time. The office staff are all so kind and helpful. Ashley and Derek have been especially helpful with the rent assistance program after we fell on hard times due to COVID. The grounds are beautiful and overall it’s a very quiet complex. We love living here and can’t imagine being anywhere else.

Just moved in here a couple days back. The area around the apartment looks beautiful! Mike Windrick from the leasing office was very responsive and helpful at every step throughout the touring, application and leasing process. The appliances in the apartment are almost new, clean and in perfect working condition. Looking forward to my stay at these apartments.
