Beautiful grounds, clean and contemporary unit, I've never seen a single bug, it's convenient, friendly neighbors, no problems whatsoever. I think the negative reviews were from when someone else owned the complex? It used to be called Creekview or something back then. Highly Recommend!! The management team is very responsive.

We are new tenants here and i have to totally disagree with all the negative comments. Yes the apartments are older but they are very cute. We just moved into one that Has NOT been renovated and we love it!!! From the get go the office staff has been extremely helpful and kind. To be honest had much better service from the Lenox than we did from the over priced schmooze place we came from in Petaluma! The apartment was clean and beautiful when we moved in. The grounds are well kept, the laundry room was clean, needed to have some washers fixed but thats normal. I have nothing but great things to say about this place so far.

Do not move here!! They have ppl coming and lawn mowing etc at 8 am!!! Then have them coming again around 1 or 2....they only have a recycling bin on one side of the apartments they don’t care about the other side or how it looks they only care about the side with the office...the apartments are also infested with bugs and roaches, they never come and fix anything our closet doors are falling apart and the windows are so thin and have rust already...we have a door missing on our patio that they were supposed to install since we moved here that never got token care of I can go on and on about these horrible apartments and horrible management. Do not move here!
