I contacted Bowen's with a suspension problem. They are very patient and did their best to get me back on the road. Unfortunately the problem I have is something the dealership has the tools to fix. I give them 4 stars because I did not have repairs done but overall I had a good experience.

Our Catalytic Converter was stolen off our truck so we chose Bowens to fix it, and never had the excellent service that bowens gave. very patient with working with our ins company, treated us like family. I have been going to Bowen's for many years when I used to own a Saturn. I now own a Honda Civic and still getting the same quality care for the last several years since I bought it. They are upfront with me about the costs and have helped me with minor issues on the spur of the moment things like topping off my windshield wiper fluid or inflating a low tire. I consider them like my pit crew at a racing event. Thanks for the great service all these years!
