I’ve been going to the PORTER LOCATION for nearly 3 years without any problems. My doctor and his assistant along with the office staff are exceptionally courteous and friendly. I can easily make appointments and my doctor provided me with a direct phone number so I don’t need to go through the switchboard. Having said that, I’m concerned that the company that owns the practice is driving the doctors away. At least four are leaving. This will leave only two doctors in the practice which will result in ridiculous wait times, which I’m not inclined to sit through. I don’t know who the managers are but I’m afraid I will lose my great doctor. Why do medical management companies think they know better than the doctors about how to treat and care for patients. I’ve gone through a similar situation with my eye doctor. He quit due to the substandard care the company wanted him to provide. If that happens here, I’ll be long gone along with most of the other patients. They need to fire the bean counters and provide good service that we relie upon. There is no excuse.

I am going to switch Doctors because Senior Care did not do our Insurance paper work correctly. Because of that we were sent a bill of $611.00 that our Insurance should have paid, but my husband paid it when the bill was sent to us. Weeks later I just happened to catch the mistake. I have been calling and calling and cannot talk to a live person in a timely fashion to get our money back. It is taking me forever to get our money back if we will ever get our money back. I am so frustrated that I must find another Doctor's Office. I have had it with this office. I'm done.

This company is so frustrating to work with. Everything takes 10 times longer and more effort and 10 times more requests to get anything done. I called multiple multiple times all week trying to get someone to help me with the online portal and I am yet to get a call back from anyone. The people who answer the phone love to delegate me to someone else instead of trying to help me with my issue. They are always transferring me to another extension to leave a message. Left 5 different messages for someone to call me back and here we are Friday afternoon on August 24th and still nothing. Shame!!!!

Called on 7/23 and got an appointment for 3:40 on 7/24. I went in, signed in and waited, and waited, while at least 5 people went ahead of me. When Dr Peacock left I asked the desk if I was even going to see a doctor. Response: Oh I thought you were waiting on someone. Another response: I saw you sign in. Seriously?Very disorganized and I am angry

Yes its Senior Care of Colorado and yes after Dr. Peacock is still with the practice at 1400 South Potomac
