Thankfully Silver Hills has a new Director who is responsive and seems to genuinely care about communicating with families. Too bad the rest of the staff is spreading misinformation. Asst. Director of nursing called my family with incorrect information about our Mother's health. When Carl learned he had his facts incorrect he then began telling other stories that were also untrue. What's the deal? It really isn't that hard to be correct when you have medical records and files to consult.

They are not private rooms the facility only has a few and there for long term patients only
Yes they don’t seem to have staff available to check on patients before a 50 minute time wait after calling for help.

Hello. Visiting hours are usually 7:30am-8pm. The main entrance is locked before and after these. For after hour visitation, please see front desk.
Yes, calls go to the front desk where they are routed to rooms. Pt's can call out to local 702 numbers.
