My boyfriend and I came in here for a few simple items and wound up browsing. We happened to be one of the only few people in the store. The staff there immediately treated us as if we were trying to steal from there asking us to hold our items at the counter, which, no problem, understandable. The two staff proceeded to watch us like hawks making it very obvious and awkward, one on the floor and one on the camera. My boyfriend and I were joking about it the entire time, like we’re going to steal your $5 panties. Having worked in retail I suggest practicing better customer service. Furthermore don’t advertise for a free gift if you don’t give one. It’s false advertisement. I highly recommend the shop a few doors down over this one.

FOUND ON THERE WEB PAGE WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR A MAGIC WAND I called passion city locally and the sales associate confirmed to me that it was in stock and the price was as stated $59.99. So, the same day I walk into the store and tell the associate that i had called earlier regarding " Magic Wand" she remembered and pulled it off the shelf..and ringing it into the register..for a total of $89.99 plus tax. So I proceeded to pull up their web page that priced the item at $59.99 and showed her. She said, "so". SO, I WENT TWO DOORS DOWN TO CONDOM REVOLUTION WAS GREETED WITH PLEASANT SMILES AND ASSISTANCE THEY MATCHED PASSIONS CITY WEB PRICE WITH NO PROBLEMS I WILL NEVER SHOP PASSION CITY EVER AGAIN NOTHING BUT FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE
