To be honest, I had been going here for a while, stopped going a couple years ago simply because I have someone in my family that helps me out. I walked in on Thursday and they gave me the weirdest look. Apparently I didn't make an appointment. I've been playing guitar since I was 12, and have never had to make an appointment to take my guitars in. Even since the pandemic started. I had a pretty simple setup for my two guitars. For some reason it took them 3 days, and they never called me when it was ready. When I went to pick it up. It sounded and looked great, but they didn't set up the guitars to the tuning I told them about, 3 times. Simply too many other guitar shops around, so I won't be back.

Found them on Instagram and im glad i did, they got my jackson playing beautifully. It was quite the drive for me but well worth it. Quick turnaround time, great prices on repairs and fast and friendly service. I will definitely be back to service my other guitars with 13th Street Guitars 🤘

I had a cracked headstock on my Les Paul and the fixed it. It’s barely noticeable, and it feels great. I would highly recommend.

These guys, Tim & Hugh were great. Friendly, conscientious, aware of the public's Covid concerns... (I'm guessing no one feels much like getting sick and i appreciate that...I sure don't! ) just pro all the way around, and the work they did on my bass was off the chain!! I could not be happier. I am a pro player that is very in touch with the way my instruments sound & feel. I got a Plek job, a neck adjustment and a new nut and truthfully, the work they did took my bass up 10 notches! Can't praise them enough. Well done guys! Thank you.

I've had a couple of my guitars plek'd there and few others worked on. Top Notch service there is no other place to go in the area that can touch these guys. Real pros that don't look down at people that know less than them and have no problem explaining it to you. Just go.

Hi Darcie, we post the majority of our pricing publicly on our website. It's very difficult to do an estimate on 5 guitars in this format. Setups are $85. Plek Setups are $200. Feel free to drop by for an estimate. Thanks!

Do you guys fix bass amps. I have a TC Electronic BG250-210? It's something wrong with the amp head. The speakers work fine.

Sorry, we do not. I'd start by looking on the TC Electronic website for a warranty service shop nearby.

Frank Bailey | Sep 1, 2019
Hugh Thomas | Sep 1, 2019

Hi Frank, we've Plek'd many vintage Fender basses and everyone loves the result. In fact, I just dialed in a '67 P-Bass on the Plek. Stop by and try out our shop Jazz Bass to get an idea how we can make yours play. And wow, thanks for the kind words, everybody! 😀
