No. Don't even bother with this place right now it's horrible.it was a nice place to live until they began letting trouble making, loud music in their car blaring.... it was a mobile home park with class....or so we thought. no security. rent gets raised often! unsafe! unsafe! unsafe! Yes there's an overpriced laundry room. Yes there's people partying all night and morning now with total disregard. Cars speed through here as if it were a race track. Not safe for kids, excercising seniors or pets anymore. A consistent decline in my three years here and it's getting worse. Don't believe me? Just do your homework on recent crime reports and you'll find murders ( last week). The way this place is being run, it's only going to get worse. I'm sorry but this was my neighborhood but now, it's just another infestation. Sad really. Nice place but don't let that fool you.
The rent was just recently raised again to $600.00 a month. Within three years the rent was raised Three times! We used to pay under $400.00 a month.

Nope went there about a month ago and its completely gone everything i owned and the whole unit it self.
I also have lived here over a year their security is definitely a joke he sits in the car washing area all night long and does not do anything pretty sad other than that I love living there

Almost all of the trailers are owned not rentals. When i bought mine the people who run the trailer park said only 15 trailers out of 400 or so are rentals. Im not sure about the rv park. Hope this helps.
