Very challenging circumstances. This was the only fast food restaurant open between Bel Air and the Rt. 40 bridge in the midst of a severe storm and power outage. The drive thru line was about 40 minutes waiting time. The order came out fresh, hot and accurate. Kudos to the drive thru attendant.

Ordered at the drive thru, two Big Mac sandwiches and one large fry. Told to pull up to yellow line because they were waiting on the Big Macs. They'd bring out to the car. No problem. However, waiting 5 minutes and no ones comes out, watching car after car behind me leave the drive thru with bags of food. Finally, went inside. They had completely forgotten about my order. I had to wait for them to make it after all that time. Plenty of people working and they couldn't have cared less. I would've understood if they were short staffed or communicated a simple apology fr the mistake.

Sometimes your orders are correct, other times not so much. The following is an example not only an incorrect order, but an incorrectly made one… Not sure how you mess up a simple cheeseburger, but I guess you start with forgetting the actual burger patty and replacing it with a mcchicken.

I got there and had to wait over 30 minutes to get my kids happy meal, staff are in the back yelling and laugh. When I asked them to hurry up they called me a Karen and finally they gave me my kids food, I got in the car and gave my kid her food and when I looked in the back seat to see how the food looked I seen a roach in my kids fries and burger. I grabbed her food and gave her my fries instead( would not recommend especially for your kids)
