I highly recommend not purchasing your furniture at this store. The customer service is absolutely terrible. We went into the store to purchase items for our new apartment, and we had to to return to the store on four separate occasions to fix their mistakes. A mistake was made on every piece of furniture we ordered, and we had to jump through hoops to try and get their mistakes fixed. We continued to be reassumed that everything would be fixed, but they continued to lie to us every time so we had to continue to go to the store. I have also emailed them multiple times, and I’ve gotten no response. Bob’s should be disappointed with the employees they hired at this location.

We went to Bob’s in Natick looking for a sectional sofa and the salesperson who helped us - a young man named MENDEL - was AWESOME. He was very professional, never pushy or “sales”-y, and ultimately helped us find the sofa we came in hoping we would find. Added bonus: When I went to check my email later that night, the options we had discussed were sitting in my inbox, ready to go. Exemplary service, stress-free experience, and a couch that’s comfy as heck - what more is there to say? THANK YOU, MENDEL!!! 👍

Amazing work by Nicole from the Bobs Furniture in Framingham. The whole process she was informing on the various products the store has to offer. She is great at her job and for anyone that needs a great sales rep stop by and ask for her.
