Their furniture has always held up very well for us, so the pleasant browsing experience is icing on the cake.

Kelsey was incredibly helpful/patient/knowledgeable and went through the process of picking a couch, picking a dining table, and choosing fabric for a custom ottoman in an hour plus 25 minutes to do the paperwork and payment (and my kids were with me). Excellent experience.

Recently purchased a wicker sectional and had an excellent experience Boston interiors, all the way from the in-store experience, helpful but not too pushy salesperson, to the delivery of the couch. Very professional and patient delivery team. It wasn't easy getting the sectional into our porch and they we're pros.
