Customization options was amazing. Pricey but I really loved the living room set and I chose more high end options that I really liked and wanted line power buttons and recline. Warranty helps if the electronics fail but mostly I just liked the feel and worth the price if the plan is to keep the set for at least 10 years.

Have had a terrible time getting my new chair fixed. There was a small tear on the arm. They came out to assess 6 weeks after delivery of the chair which was at the end of May, 2021. They cancelled 4 times. Kept promising they’d come out but couldn’t schedule the replacement of the arm for 2-3 months each time. Finally, they repaired it a week ago. It took a year from delivery to repair.

Wow! This is not your grandfather’s La-Z-Boy! Paige was our designer and I wish I could give her 10 stars. Impeccable service. Came to our home, and worked with us to come up with our dream den. Perfect combo of hearing what we wanted, seeing our space, and adding her expertise. The furniture choices at La-Z-Boy are beautiful, functional with a broad range of styles, configurations and fabrics. Plenty of accessory and rug options as well. And Paige completed the design by showing us lamps, rugs and tables. Everything was on the showroom floor so we could really envision the look. And sit in different styles. The sectionals are fresh, with tempurpedic and motorized recliner options. Still can’t beat La-Z-Boy for comfort. Paige helped us complete the room design by showing paint colors and window treatment ideas. She showed design options on a 3D model of our den on a big screen tv. Popped in furniture, accessories, table and rug options. Played with our color ideas. She even included our cat in the room 😹 By the end -wow! As I said - the dream den.
