Just bought our second Audi in two years and had another great experience. Our sales person, Kevin, acted more like a consultant than salesman and over-communicated when we had a minor delay in our transaction (through no fault of Audi Natick). Scott was fair on trade value and also a great communicator. Very comfortable experience which is unusual when buying a car!

Customer service was outstanding. I had been taking my Q5 to a closer dealership for service but never again. I bought my car in Natick and from now on I will make the drive for service. Natick Audi understands the importance of customer appreciation. At the end they wash the car, vacuum and wash the mats. That is a service that the other dealership closer to Worcester promotes but doesn’t actually do without the customer insisting. The dealership near Worcester also managed to find something that needed immediate attention every time I went in. With only 17,000 miles on the car I was starting to wonder. On my 3 rd set of rotors I knew there was something wrong but not with the car. Audi of Natick did the scheduled 20,000 mile maintenance and reported the car is in excellent shape, as it should be for only a year and a half old.

The Audi team was nice and sent a lot of information via text which is great. However, I dropped my car on Sunday night and they took until Wednesday morning to finish my car and I have to bring it back again next week. I think they may have been waiting on my approval but this wasn’t very clear in their messaging. I had a recall and a 60k service - not sure it should have taken two full days.

Easy to schedule and easy to talk to about what needed to be done. I loved the video report from the tech servicing the car! I have been bringing my Audi here for almost 10 years for service and not once has the work not been right the first time. All in all, the highest quality service I have ever experienced.
