I had a great experience at Macy’s. I was very nervous about shopping for a new suit for a wedding - I hate public places, shopping, and clothing shopping given gender expectations so this was set to be a bad day. Luckily, Phaedra helped me find everything I needed, gave me feedback and style advice, and got me through the experience relatively unscathed. Thank you Phaedra!!!

Macy's is so lucky to have Maya as a cashier! During our short transaction she was nothing but kind, informative, and complimentary. Her positivity was contagious. I wish more employees shared her enthusiasm and passion! Superstar employee!

Watch out for your Macy credit card fees!! Better yet don't use your MACYS card. Macy cashier in my Dec.purchase unknown to me changed my account to paperless billing. Had fees totaling up to $79.00 when I received a threatening collection notice in March. Very difficult to reach billing dept by phone Is Overseas somewhere. Just use your regular Visa bank card!

The perfume section is half empty. No samples outside to try. No one even is offering to try anything. This store lost the charm for the shopping experience. The kitchen section also was dull. Not much stock is available to choose from. You could feel the supply chain shortage everywhere. You are left with the option to buy only what is available and not what you want or like.
