Leasing a vehicle from this location. Victor and the finance manager (sorry I cant remember the name) worked with me in finding the right vehicle for me and got me some of the best terms I could expect. Why not 5 stars? Well, if you do get the service package and need anything outside of regular maintenance, it is extra. I had an air filter that needed to be replaced and yes it was gross. You could've let me know the charge was extra though. As much as this part and installation was I could've went to napa and bought two filters. It's a Honda, not a Cadillac. Let the customer know before performing services when it will be extra. Other than that, I'm a pretty happy customer.

I bought a used Honda Insight from this dealership a year ago. My car lights up like a Christmas tree after 3 months, and it’s past warranty so there’s nothing I can do now. The car has oil consumption issues, so I’m looking at oil changes every week, car needs new sensors, and all 4 tires need new valves. David was the salesperson who sold me my 2012 Honda Insight. Clearly, they must’ve known this vehicle came with so many issues and prayed the issues wouldn’t present itself within the 30 days. I’m very upset, already looking for a different car and barely got any use out of this one.

Made an appointment for a simple oil change - been here for 2:15 with no end in sight. Sigh. Thought making an appointment for an oil change would be less risky for my schedule - I’ll definitely be pulling into Jiffy Lube next time or literally any other place. A mom just walked into the waiting area with 2 kids - may our lord and savior be with her as she waits 4 hours for her car.

You may have another problem, such as a poor wire connection, a starter motor problem, or even the new battery may be not be fully charged. Have a mechanic identify the problem. Best to get it to a car service center.
