Once a nice store. This is now a horrible store. Avoid this store at all costs. Instead, enjoy the convenience and efficiency of the online store. I went there just to enjoy a day of shopping with my daughter and what a disaster. Other Google ratings are 100% accurate. The store is a mess (dirty and disorganized). The fitting room is full of boxes and closed, which I suspect is the reason for a high volume of returns and exchanges (long line!). The staff seem very unhappy and therefore act unprofessionally. I saw a customer waiting on the return and exchange line by mistake and when this woman arrived at the register after which I estimate 45 minutes of waiting, she was refused by the cashier. The cashier not only refused to process her merchandizes, but continued to argue with her, and there were children in the store who had to experience this unfortunate situation. The woman then asked for a manager who only resulted in more arguments. This was inconvenient for others like me who had to witness such a lack of professionalism. It's this kind of in-store experience that's turning consumers like me into online shopping, which will result in stores like this closing, and job loss for store staff-communities. I suggest that management take notice and implement changes. In addition to this review, I filed a complaint through Zara Customer Service. I don't think these reviews are being read by the store and their corporate office.

Worst costumer service ever! They only have one cashier who works like a turtle and there is a huge line to the end of door! Who is manager of this store?? She or he must be fired! I stood there one hour in the line at the end cashier said he won’t accept return at that line!!! There was no sign that says we don’t accept returns here!!! I just removed Zara app and will never buy anything at this awful store

They need more workers, lines take an hour to check out. Maybe the lines would b less long if they opened their damn DRESSING ROOMS. Too many ppl returning stuff that’s why because they can’t try on anything. I see people trying on stuff over their clothes. Is this more Covid safe then just letting us use the dressing room? I think not. Why is the dressing room full of racks of clothing. Clean this mess and open the dressing rooms!!

The worst customer service. You gotta wait in line for more than an hour to get checked out. If youre doing a return you have to wait an hour too. Zero customer service plus the store looks horrible and super disorganize.
