Staff are extremely rude. He refused to take the package, saying the package is not well packed. Refused to add a tape, saying I need to pay for the slice of packing tape. Ridiculous!

I had to move from the states to Canada and the manager at the store was super helpful. I had no clue what I was doing and he guided me step by step for a super smooth delivery. If you are shipping or moving international, this place knows the drill.

Walked in with a already labeled package 70” tall 3 deep employee sitting in chair not doing anything said his name is (alvars) older guy long hair said he didn’t want to take package because it’s over sized and I already paid they won’t make any money ….. I asked measurement restrictions he said 150 inches and under this was way under he said …..Um u have to double the measurements …… I send out over 50 packages a week for my business I will make sure to tell everyone to never go to the natick store! Worst service o called and went to Wellesley store 10mins down the road they took it no issues and we so nice ! They also said natick store always has issues …..

Love it here, great service, there is one tiny thing. The light gives me a headache, then I have to take Advil in the car, but I never bring water so I must dry swallow to pill. That cause a lot of gagging an overall hassle. More of a personal problem, but my young grandson, Stanley was in the car with my once and became very concerned by my gagging. He screamed which made my headache worse and I had to take a second one. Which caused more gagging than ever before. He cried.
