Just finished a fantastic experience with MetroWest spanning about a week after my car broke down. I had it towed in on Sunday and Chan was able to look at it almost right away the next day. Listening to my concerns about having an older car, he brought in a senior technician to check it out as well. When I ultimately decided it wasn't worth fixing, Chan was very sympathetic and understanding. The next day, I met with Ross to test drive a Legacy. He even picked me up and dropped me back off at the train station. While I ultimately ended up passing on that car, he worked with me to still have MetroWest buy my old car. As we were leaving from selling the car, my mom pointed out an HRV on the lot I hadn't noticed before. I immediately called Ross again, confirmed a few details of the car, and headed back for a test drive and ended up buying it. Ross was so patient and absolutely awesome through the whole process working with me. I know exactly where I'll be taking my car for service and down the road, buying a new vehicle!

I recently decided to buy a new car and spent some time researching brands and models. It turned out that the Subaru Crosstrek checked all of the boxes that mattered. I stopped in at MetroWest and began speaking with Caitlin Meuse. It just so happened that MetroWest had a car arriving in a week’s time that included the color and all of the options I wanted. I was offered a good value on my trade-in and setting up financing was comfortable and easy. It was a pleasure working with Caitlin and team. I came in with power steering issues confident that Subaru could help me. I talked to my service advisor, Chan Nguyen who took good care of me including a loaner car until repairs were made. Good thing I had the loaner because they had to order the part. I was able to continue with my work schedule and family affairs with the use of the loaner. I appreciate Chan's customer care which led to customer satisfaction.

We couldn’t be happier with our car buying experience at Metrowest Subaru with Sam Mayer. We didn’t have an appointment and just walked in on a busy Saturday hoping to see if they have a new car available for a test drive. Sam was so nice and didn’t hesitate to help me and my husband to show the new Subaru Outback they have on the lot. It was the only one available that day and we fell in love a minute he showed us the car. Sam is very knowledgeable, friendly and not a pushy type of sale person. We spent only 20 minutes start to finish to close the deal. We just picked up our Subaru Outback today and so happy with everything. Sam also reminded us to contact him if we have any questions about the car. He’s happy to help. I would recommend Sam to anyone looking to buy a car there. Would give 10 stars if I could.
